Hello Friends, I am N.Sonali an actor, an entrepreneur living in Mumbai, hope my startup story inspires you to launch your own startup. Having a Master’s Degree in Marketing worked for Big brands for years but still, there was something missing. Life got very monotonous the same “yes sir /no sir” making presentations, attending meetings, traveling, was feeling suffocated as I was not able to use my creative mind anywhere in my work. So finally one day I quit my well-paid job and started afresh, dint know what to do but started exploring things.
Then finally one fine day saw an advertisement in a newspaper for an Acting class so the thought of trying acting as Bollywood was just here. So I finished my acting course from Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares institute and started exploring this new world. With no godfather or any known people in the industry I started exploring things by myself, eventually found out good contacts in the industry, made really awesome friends& to my surprise, I started getting good acting assignments too.
I learned that anybody can become an actor at any age Bollywood doors are always open for hardworking & talented people. Met actors who started off at 60 years & also kids of 2 months who were acting in the same platform that’s the beauty of this industry.
While on shoot met many struggling actors who came to Mumbai with lots of dreams but no proper guidance. Some of them sold their homes, jewelry to enroll for big brands acting classes who charge nothing less than 5 – 10 lakhs thinking they will get good break-in films but were cheated by not giving them any single opportunity. On a daily basis, many young aspiring actors get misguided and fall prey to fraudsters or get into other bad things not realizing the trap.
During my initial days, I used to go for auditions while chatting up in the queue with fellow actors realized how these young talents struggle to achieve their dreams, sometimes with no support from anyone even Parents who don’t support their dreams.
That’s when I decided to start a platform that will at least help aspiring actors to get the right path to Bollywood, proper career guidance before they think of starting their film Career. It’s very important to understand what is required as there are people here who would persuade talents to join acting classes anything ranging from 10000 to 5 Lakhs, will ask them to make artist card with 7000 to 50000, for sharing genuine audition updates some charges Rs500 -600 per month, for making portfolios 30000 to 50000 and the list goes on…
To avoid all the above we launched an online platform Sam Entertainment & Talent Management Company(SETMC) We Provide the following services for now and going forward we plan to start our in house casting and production services too

We provide all these services for a very nominal charge. We as a company feel if an aspirant actor can’t spend this minimum amount on his career then he shouldn’t try to become an actor as being an actor is not easy you have to continuously invest in yourself like improve your looks/fitness/makeup /clothes etc. An actor has to be a good learner, he has to keep improving his craft.

So today we get calls from all over India ..kids of 12 yrs …15 years…17years but we guide them to finish their studies first and then start acting career as we are here to help them always. We also check with them if their parents are aware of their dreams as their support plays a very important role for an aspiring talent
