In this hectic schedule of the lifestyle of the workplace, almost everyone faces a point in life when someone feels low. Anxiety and stress are quite common these days and can occur in any individual. These are the common ailments that are caused by the imbalance of hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. People working in the corporate world often tend to take medications for it but ignore the side effects of it. One might be surprised to know that these ailments can be easily treated by consuming foods which may help lower the stress levels.

Eating dark chocolate helps in releasing a neurotransmitter called serotonin, which decreases anxiety levels.
