The Delhi-based entrepreneur talks about his idea behind starting IIM Skills. Vaibhav Kakkar is the founder of IIM skills one of the world’s leading online educational service institutions. He started his journey 12 years back as a content creator, mentor, digital marketer, and author.
He has first started his blogging journey in 2015 at his site Course Dekho, where he gives career tips to people who looking forward to career advice. The tips about various career courses and their prospects as well. While providing genuine tips to the youth, he has gained lots of recognition with his blog site Course Dekho and started getting a renowned amount of popularity with his blog.
Then, he analyzes that people are asking about the various Digital concepts and they are taking an interest in making their future in the Digital field.
At that moment he thought about that why not launch his online learning institute and then he launched IIM Skills.
Vaibhav Kakkar’s idea behind launching IIM Skills to provide learning on different online courses to the student, youth, professionals, etc those who want to learn and enhance their skills.
While writing about the different career courses he got to know that people are moving towards online learning for different Digital concepts at different platforms.
When Vaibhav Kakkar launched IIM Skills then, he first started the intensive learning training program that was a Content Writing Master Course training program. As he got responses from the students who are looking for the program then for making it more feasible for the learners. He launches more training programs like Digital Marketing Master Course, Cat Coaching’s, and GST Practitioner Course.
He also talks that after launching the different training programs at IIM Skills, he faced the real problems of the student, those who are facing before enrolling themselves for the training program, while learning the training program and after learning the training program the student’s face. He decided that if aspirants are looking for the learning training program and they are too dedicated then they would not face any issue before, during, and after the training program.
The motive was not to leave anyone behind in this progressive learning environment. Student faces financial issues before joining the course he started to provide knowledge at a very minimal price by which everyone should afford and plan his or her future in the Digital world.
During the program students face issues with the teaching program so, sometimes students face the issue of learning within the classroom then, He started to provide learning of each module in a layman language. The reason behind doing this was that no student should feel that they are learning something not according to their teaching patterns, and they feel that it was not for them.
He understand this concern of student because, he thought that there are several students those are coming from different learning background so this problem is very normal to be faced by the student So, He launch the training program in proper layman language that every student should get awesome learning.
After the training program student was facing the career issue that what’s next, now where to go so he came up with the idea of Paid Internship which provides learning on real-time projects, and during that they will earn some money also this will give students quiet confidence. It will help the student to do practical learning which will help them for future career prospects to get and land fantastic job opportunities.
Vaibhav Kakkar says that after launching IIM Skills, I ensure that the institute students who have already passed out from IIM skills should get a proper career opportunity either it is a job, freelancing, business, or some other plans because he says that the last destination is to earn money for all of us either from job, freelancing or business.
It’s all about the brand building of IIM Skills if I will ensure that those who have to build their trust on IIM Skills, it’s our prime duty to provide them excellent learning so that after completion of their program they would build their future and achieve their goals.
He also says that the journey was not so easy for giving outstanding learning to the students who are building their trust in IIM Skills. It Increases the responsibility that to maintain that trust, each team member who is the part of IIM skills team one has put in their efforts to fulfill the expectations of the learners those joining the Digital Marketing Course, Content Writing Course, and GST Practitioner Course from IIM skills.
At last, He says that I feel proud when my students are working with different big brands like Amazon, IBM, DELL, BARCLAYS, BMW, and GENPACT many more. My students are setting their good profiles at these companies and making me and IIM Skills proud.
